Farm dinners are prepared by me, Jamie Lessie, the owner of the farm. I attended culinary School, studied to be a sushi chef and was a private chef for many years before realizing my dream of living on a farm. In years past I even cooked on a charter yacht! Now am lucky enough to work with animals for a living, I do miss cooking for a crowd and love to share my farms bounty with others. A farm dinner is a great way to try our products, see the farm & meet our animals. For our farm dinners we use meat from poultry and livestock lovingly gown and processed here on the farm as well as fresh produce from our greenhouse and indoor hydroponic garden.

All farm dinners include meats and produce produced here on the farm. Typically we offer a four-course meal. Here is an example of a recent offering:


Farm-raised young pekin duck Pad See Eww with fresh-picked cilantro & lemongrass

Sushi course

Nigiri of locally sourced Bluefin, Yellowtail & Albacore. Tamago from our marans hens. Baja scallop and farm chive hand roll. Served with fresh wasabi and shiso hydroponically grown here on the farm

Main Course

Beefalo prime rib served with homemade & homegrown horseradish sauce, farm-fresh greens, black truffle mashed potatoes, herb au jus, and our famous pepper gravy made with peppercorns from the ranch!


Warm Peach Cobbler with homemade basil and honey ice cream. The sweet and punchy honey is produced by bees who forage in our very pepper trees!

Wine & beer are not included although guests may bring their own. We do not charge a corkage fee.

Our farm dinners includes so much more than an amazing meal!

Get up close and personal with our resident red-tail hawk ”Lieutenant” and learn about americas most adaptable raptor!

Get to see and touch (if you dare!) a live bird-eating tarantula. Learn about the often misunderstood spiders and their important role in the ecosystem.

Get to hand feed our beefalo!

Q & A session with the chef and farm owner. We are happy to give you all the knowledge and resources needed to start your own garden weather it’s a large outdoor greenhouse to inside an apartment with no supplemental light. Get to sample fresh delicacies anyone can grow even in the most inlikely places. We believe everyone capable of growing some of their own food. It is easier than you might think!
